Scaling Solutions Toward Shifting Systems: Approaches for Impact, Approaches for Learning

This report looks at how funders can create processes that enable systemic change to address complex social problems, working in partnership with grantees and other funders. The report proivdes examples of how funders are actually improving their policies and practices  based on collaborative models designed to change systems.
