Afterschool & Summer Recovery and Opportunity Fund

Formed in 2020 by seven national grantmakers, Grantmakers for Education's Afterschool & Summer Recovery and Opportunity Fund provides grants to national intermediary organizations working to help afterschool and summer program providers and communities recover, reopen and reimagine the role of out-of-school time in helping young people reach their potential. The fund’s grants are focused on strengthening collaboration and cross-sector partnerships, building field capacity, advancing racial equity, and supporting innovations in program and professional development.
