The unsustainable challenges of postsecondary education have reached their moment of reckoning. The time is now for addressing the systemic obstacles of cost, access and support that drive mounting student debt and inequitable outcomes by race. We invite several forward-looking innovators to the stage to help us craft a vision for the future for learners beyond high school. Abby Falik, founder and CEO of Global Citizen Year, Felix Matos Rodriguez, chancellor of City University of New York, and Tim Renick, vice president of Student Success at Georgia State University, will share their work in supporting students of color and closing access and attainment gaps. Caroline Altman Smith of the Kresge Foundation and Elizabeth Gonzales of the College Futures Foundation will join these visionary leaders on stage for a discussion of what’s next.
