Building on the science of learning and development, Educator Preparation Laboratory (EPL) engages in research, policy development, and networked learning communities to shift and strengthen the policy and practice of educator preparation with a specific emphasis on teaching and leading for equity and deeper learning. The session will discuss the work of EPL, policy levers needed to transform teacher education, changes resulting from COVID-19, and how philanthropy can support the transformation.
