Influence100 is a project aimed at increasing the racial and ethnic diversity of superintendents by building the capacity of a diverse group of educators. During this site visit, observe an Influence100 fellowship session in action. Then, join a candid conversation with fellows about leadership during the dual health and racial crises and what funders can learn from their experiences. See first-hand how administrators participate in an equity-infused fellowship that builds skills needed to effectively lead school systems. From Education Leaders of Color Boulder Fund and NYC Leadership Academy.
