In this session, ECMC Foundation and higher education leaders from Louisiana and Indiana will share perspectives on cross-sector approaches to position postsecondary attainment as a COVID-19 recovery strategy. They will offer lessons learned from the Attainment Academy, an 18-month, multi-state initiative focused on increasing postsecondary credential attainment co-led by SHEEO and ESG, including strategies that address racial equity gaps and target displaced workers. The audience will be engaged to consider ways to accelerate cross-sector efforts to increase postsecondary attainment.
