Early childhood education apprenticeship programs have supported equity in career training by affording employees the opportunity to earn a wage while receiving on-the-job mentoring and classroom instruction. This session provides an opportunity to learn about ECE apprenticeship models that are taking an innovative approach to talent development in center-based and home-based early learning settings. Funders gain an understanding of how public and private investments blend at the local, state and federal levels to support apprenticeship programs for education professionals.
