Across the country, leaders are engaging the arts in intervention and healing efforts to improve outcomes for youth involved with the juvenile justice system. When incorporated in a juvenile justice setting, the arts support personal and civic outcomes, restore their trust in communities, and provide opportunities to make meaningful contributions to society. In this session, National Endowment for the Arts grantees will share model programs and policies, and provide technical assistance to participants in developing strategies for engaging the arts in their own contexts.
