It’s been an eventful year for the University of California - elimination of the SAT or ACT testing requirements and a successful effort to put a measure to revive affirmative action for freshmen admissions on the November ballot. In this session, panel experts will discuss the principles of equity and inclusion in college admissions and the role of assessments in helping high schools and colleges to effectively measure and develop the essential capacities that learners must master.
