This session will provide participants a view of three initiatives that aim to expand student opportunity and prepare students for the challenges of the future through regional collaboration. During the session, participants will have the opportunity to engage in discussion with representatives from the Colorado Climate Change Education Network, regional initiatives across Colorado, and the Rural Schools Innovation Zone of South Texas. Participants will leave the session with new ideas to solve systemic challenges and to prepare students to be active participants in our democratic society.
